{"id":47,"date":"2026-03-04T01:52:51","date_gmt":"2026-03-04T01:52:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/therealbrennanmccloud.com\/?p=47"},"modified":"2026-03-05T00:03:04","modified_gmt":"2026-03-05T00:03:04","slug":"my-mccloud-experience","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/therealbrennanmccloud.com\/index.php\/2026\/03\/04\/my-mccloud-experience\/","title":{"rendered":"My McCloud Experience"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hook, line, and Sinker&#8230;part 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The &#8220;I bet you are wondering how I got here&#8221; moment&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First and foremost, post job offer&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I looked into the job, i did. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I looked at the website, I Googled his name, checked out his LinkedIn, and saw nothing that would make me Suspicious. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I justified everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> I was told that I would be doing various Tech jobs based on Customers&#8217; needs. On the surface it aligned with what the website boosts. the website checked out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>but then again I didn&#8217;t click around&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Googling his name came up with podcasts, youtube videos, business profiles. It seemed other people had worked with him, trusted him, why shouldn&#8217;t I be able to do the same?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BBB&#8230; Bunch&#8217;O Brennan BFFs&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His LinkedIn showed his wife, hailey, and even his son as part of the Launch IT business. I dismissed this because&#8230;well&#8230;who faults a small business trying to make something of themselves?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>more lies&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the end, I missed it. All the subtle red flags, all the Deceit.
